Terms & Conditions
By using Global Grad’s services, you agree to our terms and conditions, designed to ensure a transparent, supportive, and secure experience for every student.
Our Service Agreement
When you engage with Global Grad, you enter into a professional relationship founded on trust, mutual respect, and clear expectations. Our agency provides comprehensive guidance to international students seeking admission to universities in the Czech Republic, including application assistance, document verification, university communication, and pre-arrival orientation. You are responsible for providing accurate, up-to-date, and complete information throughout the application process. Global Grad cannot be held liable for delays, rejections, or other issues arising from incomplete, false, or misleading information you provide. While we strive to offer the highest quality of service and up-to-date advice, admission decisions are ultimately made by the universities, and Global Grad does not guarantee acceptance or specific outcomes. Our role is to facilitate your application and provide expert support; the final responsibility for meeting university requirements and deadlines rests with you.
You agree to use our website and services for lawful purposes only and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Any misuse of our platform—including unauthorized access, data tampering, or attempts to disrupt our services—will result in immediate termination of your access and may lead to legal action. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice, though we will strive to communicate significant changes in advance whenever possible. By continuing to use our services after any modifications to these terms, you accept and agree to be bound by the updated terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue use of our services immediately.
Payments, Refunds, and Intellectual Property
Payment Structure
Global Grad’s admission assistance service is structured in three payment parts to reflect the progression of your application and ensure transparency:
Part 1: 40% Upfront
This initial payment covers services such as admission into the university, obtaining acceptance, document legalization, and related support at the start of your journey.Part 2: 40% Upon Study Confirmation
The second payment is due once you receive official study confirmation and we begin the visa application process. This covers visa preparations and all assistance related to your visa application.Part 3: 20% Upon Visa Approval
The final payment is due after your visa is approved and you are ready to book your flight and arrange insurance. This ensures that all final steps and pre-departure support are covered.
Payments must be made according to this schedule, and failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of services. Details regarding payment methods and deadlines will be provided during your enrollment process and in your service agreement.
Refund Policy in Case of Visa Rejection
If your visa application is rejected, you are entitled to a refund of 80% of the total amount paid for our admission assistance service. The remaining 20% covers administrative and processing costs already incurred. To process your refund, you must provide official documentation of the visa refusal. Certain third-party fees, such as application processing charges or costs paid directly to universities or government offices, may be non-refundable. Please review all payment and refund terms carefully before committing to our services, and contact us with any questions or concerns prior to making payments. This policy aligns with common practices among educational institutions and agencies in the Czech Republic, where partial refunds are standard in the event of visa denial
